Payments policy

PAYMENT PLANS ( Layaway/Lay By) are available and terms are negotiable to suit your personal Bear Budget!
A 25% ( non refundable ) deposit is required to secure your piece, and periodic payments can be made for up to 6 months (or longer by negotiation if required).
International collectors can pay via PayPal.
Australian collectors can pay via PayPal or Direct Deposit.

What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

Shipping, Tracking and Insurance is included in the price. This will require a signature on delivery.
You will receive personal tracking updates from me as they provided and published online.
Insurance is highly recommended and any additional import duties & taxes payable on arrival in your country are the buyer's responsibility - please contact me if you would like to discuss other shipping options.
Your new creation will be packed responsibly, to avoid any water or crushing damage.
I prefer to use recycled packaging to reduce my carbon footprint!

Due to the current worldwide shipping delays, some restrictions may apply to imports into some countries. Please contact me if your country may be affected and I can give you estimate of the time it may take through Australia Post.

Returns policy

Russell Bears Guarantee - Applies only to "Russell Bears by Kim Russell" creations.
All photographs represent each available piece as "true to life" as possible, colour tones may vary slightly due to different monitor settings ( more photos are available by request ). On receival of your new piece, if it is not what you expected it to be, please contact me within 48 hours of arrival to arrange a full refund, credit or exchange ( only on return in original condition, less shipping and insurance ).
If you would like to on sell your Russell Bears piece at any time, please contact me for original photos to use for advertising, I will also endeavour to help you find it a new home.
